How to Order
DIRECTHOMEWARE.COM would like to make shopping as flexible and as easy as possible for our customers. You can place your order in any of the following ways;

On-line - Ordering on-line is a simple process to follow. Once you have decided what you want to purchase through browsing the catalogue online, simply click on the item you wish to purchase and the item will be placed in the shopping basket. The shopping basket will collate multiple items that you wish to order and summarises all items requested before proceeding for payment. Once you have finished your selection, simply click "proceed to checkout" and the details of your order will be listed. At this point you can amend your order before you click to process your payment details. All payments details are secure - please see the "Secure Ordering" link for further details.

Telephone - If you would like to place your order over the telephone with the sales team please call 01492 642224.

E-mail - If you prefer to e-mail the sales team with your order details, please e-mail sales@directhomeware.com You will need to detail in the e-mail what items you wish to order, so that we can process your order. For orders requested by e-mail all payments must sent in the post (cheque or credit/debit card details) or by telephoning the sales team on 01492 642224 to give your credit/debit card details. (For your security, we strongly advise that no credit/debit card details are sent by e-mail).

Faxing - To fax your order please send all the details of the purchase and payment information to 01492 642424. Confirmation of your order will be faxed or, if preferred, sent by e-mail.

Post - To post your order, please send all the details of your order and payment information or a cheque, ty The hand, Ancaster Square, Llanrwst, Conwy, LL26 0LH. Alternatively please call the sales team and ask for an order form to be posted to you. Confirmation of your order will be sent by e-mail or, if preferred, by post. Please do not send cash through the post.

Please note you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order. If you require any subsequent changes to the order following confirmation, you must notify directhomeware.com who must confirm by e-mail/post/fax whether or not the changes are acceptable.

Prices

All prices are quoted as shown on our website in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and delivery.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, if we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied on your order and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled, If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

You can pay on-line with any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo or Delta debit card.

Orders placed by e-mail/post/fax/phone and not paid for by credit or debit card but by cheque will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared. Cheques are to be made payable to DIRECT HOMEWARE and usually take 7-10 working days to clear.
All orders will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment and confirmation of the order will be sent by e-mail/post/fax.
